BIORAD MEDISYS has a well-equipped factory, with the latest machinery for assembling Medical Devices in dust free environment. The factory’s sections are production, assembly, testing, clean room and R & D.
It also provides in-house facilities for development of dies and moulds. We have in-house, testing equipment for undertaking critical tests like Insulation testing & Leakage current testing Beautifully landscaped, it is built over approx. 4000 sq. ft." to "undertaking tests like Leakage checking, flow rate, tensile strength etc. It is built over approx. 5000 sq. ft. and is situated in a Eshwari Industrial Estate, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore, India.
As part of the 100% quality assurance program, qualified Electronics & Electrical Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders take charge of the Quality Control process.
We have all the facilities for medical device manufacturing such as clean rooms and separate manufacturing halls. All our products are manufactured as per G M P (Good Manufacturing Practices) and W H O (World Health Organization) Standards.

The facility has a Microbiology Laboratory, which is air conditioned, and is provided with numerous air locks.
The packaging department is also air conditioned, where implants are packed under laminar flow. Raw materials are stored in a vast area with segregation for different type of raw materials, quarantined materials and semi finished products.
Unloading and loading bays are provided for movement of raw materials and finished products. Office premises have an aesthetic look with modern modular furniture and beautiful interior design. The building is surrounded by beautiful gardens with lawns and blooming flowers which create an aura of natural freshness.
